1959-Television show Texas John Slaughter: Range War at Tombstone airs.

1960-Television show Escape to Paradise/Water Birds airs.

1964-Film Emil and the Detective is released.

Featurette The Tattooed Police Horse is released.

1966-Television special Disneyland Around the Seasons airs.

1976-Film The Shaggy D.A. starring Dean Jones, Tim Conway, Suzanne Pleschette and Keenan Wynn is released.


1979-Film The Black Hole starring Maximilian Schell, Anthony Perkins, Ernest Borgnine, Roddy McDowell and Slim Pickens is released.


1988-Television special Davy Crockett: A Natural Man airs.

1992-Fantasyland store It’s a Small World Toy Shoppe opens at Disneyland.


1993-Television special A Musical Christmas at Walt Disney World airs.

1994-Frontierland show Golden Horseshoe Jamboree closes at Disneyland.

Planet Hollywood opens its first Disney location at Pleasure Island.


1997-Wonderful World of Disney movie Once Upon a Mattress starring Carol Burnett, Tracey Ullman and Zooey Deschanel airs.

1998-Edge productions Summer of the Monkeys is released to video.

2014-Boardwalk Inn restaurant Tortino al Forro opens.

2015-Film Star Wars VII The Force Awakens is released.
