1932-The Silly Symphony Babes in the Woods is released.


1941-Special cartoon The Thrifty Pig is delivered to the Canadian War Department.

1959-Animated series The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show premieres on ABC.


1971-Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground and Resort opens at Walt Disney World.


1972-Television show Nosey, the Sweetest Skunk in the West airs.

1978-Television show Mickey’s 50 airs.


1989-Part 1 of Television show Parent Trap Hawaiian Vacation airs.

1990-Walt Disney World resort Beach Club opens up as one of Disney’s Deluxe Resort.


Store Atlantic Wear and Wardrobe Emporium opens at Beach Club.

Restaurant Beaches & Cream Soda Shop opens at Beach Club.

Beach Club Resort restaurant Ariel’s opens.

Beach Club resort restaurant Cape May Cafe.

1994-Main Street USA store Main Street Photo Supply Co opens in Disneyland.  It replaces the Camera Center and Carefree Corner.

1998-Television movie Max Q: Emergency Landing airs.

2000-Wonderful World of Disney movie Santa Who? starring Leslie Nielsen airs.

2004-Film National Treasure starring Nicholas Cage, Sean Bean, Jon Voight, Diane Kruger, Justin Bartha, Harvey Keitel and Christoper Plummer is released.


Stage Show On the Record begins its run.

2013-Diane Disney Miller dies, she is the last living child of Walt and Lillian Disney.
