1976-Television series Family premieres on ABC.

1980-Television movie The Kids Who Knew Too Much airs.

1984-Touchstone film Splash starring Tom Hanks, Daryl Hannah, Eugene Levy and John Candy is released.


1985-Nighttime spectacular Disney’s Electrical Parade opens in Tokyo Disneyland.


1986-Television movie The Richest Cat in the World is released.

1991-Final episode of Lenny airs.

1994-Touchstone film The Ref is released.

Television series Ellen premieres originally called “These Friends of Mine.”

Television series Thunder Alley premieres on ABC.

1996-Television special Disney’s Champions on Ice airs.

2001-Disney Channel Original Movie The Luck of the Irish airs.


2004-Direct to Video animated film Winnie the Pooh: Springtime with Roo is released.

2009-ABC Series Castle airs.


2012-Disney releases the excellently made, but poorly advertised John Carter that did okay in theatres but would have done better if they hired better PR reps.


2014-Magic Kingdom Parade Festival of Fantasy premieres.
